As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders, uncover performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the strategic direction of the business through insight-led decision-making. What Your Impact Is: Deliver commercial insights that improve revenue growth, profitability, pricing effectiveness, and operational performance. Build sophisticated financial models that support major strategic and investment decisions. Enhance visibility of key performance drivers across regions, service lines, sectors, clients, and projects. Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and executive-ready reporting. Drive consistency in performance measurement and strengthen enterprise-wide decision-making. Identify value creation opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and business operations. What You'll Bring: Required Significant experience in commercial finance, financial planning, business partnering, or enterprise performance management. Advanced financial modelling expertise, including scenario analysis, forecasting, business case development, and sensitivity modelling. Strong experience translating complex financial and operational data into clear business insights. Deep understanding of profitability, revenue, pricing, utilization, and margin drivers. Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
