Title: Finance Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting, governance, statutory compliance, and internal controls within a complex and dynamic business environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial information reported to Corporate, external auditors, and regulatory bodies is complete, accurate, and fully compliant with US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP. The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, proven leadership capability, and experience operating within a project-based or contracting environment. Why Join Us?
