About the role Adyen is looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to challenge the status quo, re-imagine processes from the ground up and see the change through to the end. In this role, you are responsible for implementing change in how we close the books and control our financial data. Our ambition is an autonomous close: minimal human involvement, with tooling (including AI) while we keep strict governance over accounting data that is accurate, valid and complete. Alongside it, we want continuous insight where it matters most for control, such as net revenue and expenditure. You will design the solutions, bring the organisation along and deliver the projects, so that Adyen and Finance can scale processes 10X. At Adyen we like to build things ourselves - in this team you will play a key role in applying out-of-the box solutions to improve control and streamline ways of working.
