About the Role This role is the head finance role leading all aspects of a Commercial Finance team, with the support of an extended IBH FP&O Finance team who together lead the end-to-end finance function for Irish Brand Homes. As the right hand to the IBH Managing Director you will work with the Irish Brand Home teams to create winning strategic plans, ensuring that the Irish Brand Homes are delivering phenomenal business financial outcomes and a robust control environment. To enable Irish Brand Homes to deliver sustainable growth and value creation by providing strong commercial Finance leadership, high-quality performance insight and effective financial challenge. The role partners Brand Home Managing Director, the Irish Brand Homes Leadership Team and the Irish Brand Homes Financial Controller Manager, to translate strategy into financial priorities, assess business performance, develop credible forecasts and support informed commercial and investment decisions. Through forward-looking analysis, constructive challenge and clear recommendations, the Senior Finance Manager ensures that leadership understands the financial consequences of its choices and takes timely action in response to risks and opportunities. The role works jointly with the Head of Financial Control to ensure that business decisions and performance reporting are supported by accurate financial information.
