Your mission As Head of Group Financial Controlling, reporting directly to the Director Group Accounting, you will serve as the operational anchor and strategic engine behind the Group’s financial health, compliance, and systems transformation. In this role, you will lead a team covering both group and entity-level controlling, overseeing end-to-end month-end closing, IFRS compliance, local annual reporting and tax accounting in close cooperation with Group Tax and Legal teams. Your core performance objectives center on maintaining robust group policies, streamlining Chart of Account and cash management processes, ensuring flawless group audit readiness, and enabling seamless international expansion. Beyond day-to-day governance, you will actively champion innovation, contributing to global system implementations and our overall Finance AI journey. By providing vision, removing operational roadblocks, and empowering your team, you will establish best-in-class financial controlling processes that drive cross functional alignment and sustainable business growth. As Head of Group Financial Controlling, reporting directly to the Director Group Accounting you will serve as a key contributor in securing the Group’s financial health, compliance and systems transformation.
