JOB SUMMARY We're seeking an experienced Internal Control Lead to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark, overseeing and spearheading internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the VP, External Reporting, Controlling and Tax, you'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to strengthen processes, improve governance, and support a strong control environment. The ideal candidate combines SOX, internal controls, audit, and operational experience, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic business environment. The position is a full-time role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the company's SOX 404 implementation program - scoping, risk assessment, control design, testing, and remediation - while driving process, workflow, and data management improvements.
