Location: Budapest, Hungary Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid About the job Our Team As Head of Service Delivery International (Budapest), you will lead a team of 28 professionals delivering Controlling Operations services across 32 countries in Africa, Central & South Europe, and Eurasia, while driving convergence and harmonization across 7 International MCOs worldwide. As part of the newly created GBU Controlling Operations team within Business Operations, you'll deliver best-in-class financial planning and analysis services across a highly complex international landscape. Here, your leadership will shape how we deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective finance services across multiple hubs and time zones, managing €327 million in OPEX and partnering with 200+ stakeholders worldwide. Main responsibilities: Lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant Controlling Operations services — including budgeting, forecasting, closing, and financial planning & analysis — across 32 countries. Drive convergence and harmonization of processes across 7 International MCOs including EMEA, LATAM, Brazil, South East Asia & India, and Australia/NZ/South Korea. Lead and develop a team of 28 professionals (including 3 direct Service Delivery Heads), fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage global transformation projects aligned to the core model (TM1, ERP, Rolling Forecasts, Insights Factory) in collaboration with Global Process Owners. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Finance Business Partners, Budget Owners, and 200+ stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
