Within AM Finance, we are hiring a Manager for the Group and Management reporting team, leading two people and an apprentice and reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance. Key responsibilities: monthly US GAAP consolidation, P&L control during the close, budgets and forecasts (four cycles a year), management reporting packs (AUM, segments), ad hoc analyses, and auditor support, including SOX controls. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Finance, 8 to 10 years of experience (ideally in audit and management control), a first management experience, knowledge of asset management/banking and US or IFRS GAAP, Excel skills (SAP a plus), and fluent English for interaction with New York. The job context Lazard Frères Banque’s AM Finance department is divided into 3 main teams : the general accounting team, the regulatory reporting team and the Group and Management reporting team. We are looking for our new Manager of the Group and Management reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two persons and an apprentice, and you will be reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance.
