About the role As Head of Accounting Operations, you will own the monthly and year-end close for a multi-entity, multi-currency group reporting under IFRS in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. You will lead the accounting operations team across GL, AP, AR, Tax and inventory accounting, combining hands-on leadership with a strong focus on systems, automation and AI-driven transformation. You will oversee reconciliations, consolidation, audits while continuously improving processes, leveraging technology and AI to accelerate the close, enhance accuracy and build scalable accounting operations. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Accounting and Finance Operations, who sets the direction of the function; your focus is operational excellence and real ownership of the numbers.
