The Opportunity: KPMG New Zealand is growing its Workday Practice and is looking for an experienced Workday Finance Lead at Senior Manager or Associate Director level to lead complex, business-led finance transformations. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine finance transformation, operating model and Workday expertise—shaping strategic outcomes, leading multidisciplinary teams and connecting the future-state finance vision with an integrated technology solution. You will work with clients across Aotearoa New Zealand and the wider region, supported by KPMG’s local consulting team and global Workday network. You will have the opportunity to influence our market offering, build capability and contribute to the continued growth of our Workday business. What You Will Do: Lead the end-to-end Workday Finance stream, with module leads reporting directly to you, and set the direction for the integrated Financial Management solution. Translate business objectives into scalable Workday designs and lead executive workshops to evaluate options, resolve trade-offs and secure decisions.
