Permanent full-time opportunity, 35 hours per week Office based in Parramatta; flexible working supported Salary relative to experience ranging from $178,315 to $197,753 + superannuation & annual leave loading The Financial Control and Reporting team within the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) deliver enterprise-wide financial governance, assurance and policy frameworks across the portfolio. We partner with senior leaders, NSW Treasury and key stakeholders to strengthen financial management practices, ensure compliance, and build capability across complex and evolving areas—including climate-related financial reporting and asset management. About the role As Senior Manager, Financial Assurance and Compliance , you will lead the delivery of financial governance frameworks that support strong decision-making and accountability across the department. You will play a key role in shaping financial policy, strengthening internal controls, and driving compliance with Treasury requirements. You will also lead the department’s strategic approach to climate-related financial disclosures and oversee asset management policy frameworks.
