You will play an important role in supporting new Retirement Living Act requirements while developing your experience across contract administration, resident settlements, resident engagement and retirement living finance. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional looking to broaden their experience while working collaboratively across Finance, Retirement Living and other teams across VMCH. The responsibilities Support requirements associated with the new Retirement Villages Act, including contract reviews, Information Statements and financial information for new resident contracts. Support new resident settlements, including preparing refund estimates, assisting with settlement processes and overseeing the setup of new contracts within the finance system. Review existing contract and financial data, cross-checking information across finance systems and registers and correcting issues where required.
