Supported by Deloitte's global Finance Transformation network, you will work alongside highly experienced practitioners across Finance Strategy, Enterprise Transformation, Financial Systems Transformation and emerging AI-enabled finance capabilities. Job Description The Workday Finance Director leads large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives enabled by the Workday Financial Management platform. The role is responsible for business development, solution leadership, client relationship management, delivery oversight, and development of high-performing consulting teams. Key Responsibilities Client & Engagement Leadership As a Director in our Workday practice , you will lead the Workday Finance offering for Deloitte New Zealand including managing Workday Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation. Your role will include managing program risks, issues, and delivering outstanding quality to our clients, while managing executive stakeholder engagement and governance.
