Position Summary: About the Practice We are standing up a new Digital Advisory practice — including a value-added reseller (VAR) practice — to help middle-market clients modernize their core business systems and get measurable value from technology. We advise, select, implement, and optimize modern ERP and connected business platforms, and we go deep in four verticals: healthcare, construction, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. Deep, industry-specific expertise is central to how we differentiate — we serve clients as specialists who understand their business, not generalists — so relevant experience in these industries is highly valued across every role. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity. As a founding member of the practice you will help shape our service offerings, delivery methodology, partner alliances, and culture — with the backing, brand, and client base of an established firm behind you.
