What You’ll Do As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will take the lead on complex tax and accounting engagements, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all work products. You will serve as a trusted technical resource for the team, applying your advanced accounting and tax knowledge to resolve challenges, guide decision-making, and uphold firm standards. You will mentor and support staff, helping develop their technical skills and professional growth. You will also play a key role in strengthening internal processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and contributing to leadership initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the firm. Oversee complex tax and accounting matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure completeness and compliance.
