Coordinates preparation and review of billing information for completeness and adequacy, coordinating the collection of substantiation for Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts. Completes monthly reconciliation and forecast for all GMP contracts, communicating opportunities and risks to the project team. Keeps up-to-date reconciliation of contract amount, system contract amount, and billed/substantiated amount by project for all GMP Contracts. Coordinates preparation and review of response to all project audits. Takes initiative to establish accounting contact with client project teams.
