Audit and assurance services are provided by Elliott Davis, LLC (doing business in NC and D.C. as Elliott Davis, PLLC) , a licensed CPA firm. The Assurance Technology Business Partner partners with the Assurance Operations Leader, IT, and Assurance professionals to drive operational excellence across the practice. This role serves as a bridge between business strategy and technology execution and is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, implementing technology, automating manual processes, and supporting the adoption of innovative tools that enhance audit quality, increase efficiency, utilization, and improve the team member experience. The ideal candidate combines process improvement expertise, strong practice line knowledge, strong execution skills, and a passion for technology with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive organizational change. Success in this role is measured by business outcomes, technology adoption, operational improvements, and value realization. Responsibilities Technology & Process Improvement Collaborate with operational leader on audit technology initiatives and maintain the Assurance technology roadmap. Support the intake and portfolio process to identify, prioritize, and advocate for technology investments that support business objectives. Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives via business cases. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve audit operational processes. Drive standard operating procedures and process documentation, including visual workflows. Technology Adoption Drive adoption of practice technologies. Measure and communicate utilization, business outcomes, and value realization from technology investments. Engage in all phases of technology and process implementation, including post-implementation support. Change Management & Training Lead change management efforts for new processes and technology implementations.
