We are seeking a Manager to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. The TAS Manager is responsible for leading and managing financial due diligence engagements related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transaction-driven events. This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, strong project and client management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop team members while delivering high-quality, client-ready results. The Manager serves as a primary client contact, works closely with Partners on engagement strategy and business development, and plays a key role in the continued growth of the Transaction Advisory practice.
