EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently oversee multiple client engagements while demonstrating proficiency in reviewing complex returns, managing staff and conducting research. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the aptitude to foster professional growth among our staff. This position follows the company's hybrid schedule with 3 days a week spent in office. Candidates must be able to commute to any office in the locations listed on this job description. Build impactful relationships with clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership. Cultivate expertise in and impart specialized knowledge congruent with firm niches, initiatives and needs. Take responsibility for accurate time and billing for self and team. Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors.
