Wipfli’s accounting advisory practice is seeking a Senior Manager with deep healthcare and skilled nursing expertise to provide CFO‑level advisory and lead complex client engagements. In this role, you will deliver strategic financial insights, guide clients through operational and performance improvements, and oversee multiple teams to ensure exceptional quality across all accounting deliverables. You’ll work closely with client executives, offering perceptive and solutions‑focused counsel that strengthens financial stability and drives meaningful results. As part of a collaborative, people‑first culture grounded in the Wipfli Way, you’ll help shape our growing practice while creating lasting, positive impact for skilled nursing organizations nationwide. Responsibilities: Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery. Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights. Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms. Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues. Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements. Lead and coordinate the efforts of US and offshore engagement team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables, efficient workflow management, and a consistent client experience. Lead and coach staff and senior accountants, providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. CPA designation preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience.
