About the Role: The Senior Tax Analyst is an integral member of the Electrolux North America tax team and supports indirect tax compliance, reporting, account reconciliations, property tax compliance and related process improvements. The role partners with cross-functional teams and the Electrolux–Midea joint ventures to improve data quality, strengthen controls, and implement efficient indirect and property tax processes. This position is based at the Electrolux North America headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, and offers a flexible hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Obtain transactional data through source-system extracts and automated data feeds to Vertex; combine, cleanse, transform, and validate the data as needed to support indirect tax returns, account reconciliations, audits, and management reporting. Investigate data anomalies, transaction coding issues, and system or process gaps; document findings and coordinate corrective actions with Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, and business operations teams. Identify and implement process improvements, including opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate data preparation, account reconciliations, compliance processes, and notice management. Prepare and maintain monthly indirect tax account reconciliations for Electrolux North America entities and the Electrolux–Midea joint ventures; investigate, document, and resolve reconciling items on a timely basis. Support the preparation, review, and timely filing of U.S.
