This isn't just a job. It's a place to build a career and a community. Responsibilities: Actively participate in engagement planning and designing engagement-specific audit approach. Perform and lead audit procedures in more complex financial statement areas Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues, based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP. Research accounting treatment for issues on audit engagements, propose solutions and consult with experienced staff as necessary. Prepare and plan full review and compilation engagements. What You Need to be Successful: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Active CPA license (preferred) 3+ years of recent audit experience with manufacturing, construction, and/or real estate clients Ability to travel to client sites Valid drivers license About Redpath & Company: Caring - We show genuine care for our clients and colleagues through meaningful relationships, collaboration, and a constant commitment to adding value in everything we do.
