Key Responsibilities: Work with a wide variety of company clients, from early-stage, fast-growth companies to high net worth families; Participate in accounting and tax projects; Prepare business, individual and trust income tax returns; Research and analyze complex tax issues; Assist with complex merger and acquisition transactions; Respond to routine tax notices; Be able to multi-task, respond to demanding client needs and thrive in a deadline-driven industry.
