Job Summary: Leads the financial strategy, accounting, and reporting activities related to enterprise-wide insurance and risk financing programs. Directs financial operations associated with captive insurance structures, insurance renewals, claims accounting, collateral management, and total cost of risk reporting. Partners with Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, and external stakeholders to develop financial models, reporting frameworks, and risk financing strategies that support organizational objectives. Oversees financial processes, reporting controls, and operational activities related to insurance and risk finance programs. Key Responsibilities: Directs financial management, accounting, and reporting activities associated with enterprise insurance and captive programs. Oversees claims accounting, loss reserving, collateral management, and insurance-related financial reporting activities. Develops and maintains general ledger structures, allocation methodologies, and financial processes supporting insurance and risk management programs. Leads financial analysis and modeling activities related to insurance renewals, risk retention strategies, and total cost of risk evaluation.
