For more information, visit USA Hire Assessment. Duties: Serve as a team member responsible for requirements development, testing, and implementation of workflow processes in ServiceNow. Deliver impact within Total Force Pay by solving meaningful challenges that directly support the mission, the warfighter, and all supporting customers. Collaborate directly with end-users to translate complex mission needs into actionable software requirements, seeing your solutions come to life. Drive software quality from concept to delivery by designing, executing, and managing critical functionality testing. Bridge the gap between business and technology in a role that blends business analysis, quality assurance, training planning, and platform development. Gain experience in ServiceNow, mastering one of the fastest-growing enterprise cloud platforms in the world. Qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11 for GS-12, and GS-09 for GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. GS-12: Specialized experience is defined as: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: collaborating with customers to build out functional system requirements; planning and/or implementing process improvements for accounting or financial operations, systems, policies, and/or procedures; organizing project plans and schedules. GS-11: Specialized experience is defined as: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: assisting senior analysts in collaborating with customers to build out functional system requirements; assisting in planning and/or implementing process improvements for accounting or financial operations, systems, policies, and/or procedures; assistance with project plans and schedules.
