Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year. Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and challenges. Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive, proactive, and personalized service. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions. Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills. Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm processes. Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement.
