Position Overview: As a Valuation Associate , you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality valuations and advisory services to our clients. You'll be working closely with our talented team in Dallas to deliver insightful financial analysis and support critical decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and explain historical and projected financial data. Review financial information related to assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures. Conduct research on guideline companies and other relevant market data. Identify technical issues and perform research to document and conclude findings; seek guidance when needed. Collaborate with the team during project planning and resolution of client issues during engagements. Input income statements and balance sheets into valuation models. Participate in the preparation of reports, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
