In this role, you would perform a wide variety of research, compliance, auditing, and other consulting tasks in our Government Consulting Department. YOUR ROLE Technical & Program Knowledge: Develop basic technical skills in the applicable program and contract areas of practice. Understand the purpose of Medicare contract work, including examinations and agreed-upon procedures, and how the various sections relate to one another. Understand sampling and testing methodology for specific types of Medicare examinations, agreed-upon procedures, and desk/compliance assignments. Quality Execution: Perform tasks as directed by the Team Lead or appropriate supervisor in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Complete standard working papers and develop working paper documentation skills. Prepare documents in CaseWare or Box, including all appropriate forms and templates, with minimal assistance. Excellent Communication: Develop professional and timely written and verbal communication skills. Outline problems and issues to the Team Lead or other supervisor in a way that helps lead to solutions. Inform the applicable supervisor of issues encountered in a prompt manner.
