Job Description As a PNC Intern within the Tax Credit Solutions team , you will participate in a "best -in-class" internship program . During this 10 week program , you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Tax Credit Solutions line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world job experience. Tax Credit Solutions falls under PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Division . PNC is one of the largest U.S. banks with $5 62 billion in assets and $4 21 billion in deposits . The Tax Credit Solutions track of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Summer Internship Program enables interns to explore the inner workings of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and debt programs for affordable housing across the nation . The intern will be exposed to sales functions (both on the developer and institutional sales sides), underwriting and asset management roles within the business . They will also be exposed to the other credit types that TCS is involved in which include Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, and the Preservation product .
