The Senior Manager maintains existing client relationships and focuses on property tax management and minimization opportunities. The Senior Manager leads the team in preparing annual property tax filings, reviews and evaluates appeal positions, makes appeal recommendations and manages the appeal process for Ryan clients. This work includes enforcing policies, standards and guidelines, researching tax issues, reviewing valuations of real and personal property, negotiating settlements related to assessment reduction, and the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting litigation. The Senior Manager is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm. The ideal candidate with have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations.
