The Role: We're looking for a hybrid accounting/systems/AI professional to serve as the technical backbone of our finance and accounting technology stack. This person will lead the design and deployment of AI agents to automate accounting and finance workflows, and act as the primary liaison between accounting/finance and our internal engineering teams on home-grown tooling. While housed in accounting, this is a shared resource supporting our Finance organization on systems and automation initiatives. What You’ll Do Lead Accounting transformation through systems and automation Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level status reporting across multiple initiatives. Optimize NetSuite (GL, subledgers, workflows, saved searches, SuiteScript customizations) and Salesforce (quote-to-cash, CPQ integration points relevant to revenue/billing), and internally developed systems.
