Work you'll do The Senior Manager of Process Technology for the Global Employer Services Technology team leads execution to improve efficiency across our global technology platform (GlobalAdvantage – GA) and local processes. This role drives process transformation, automation, and core technology operations across global platforms, country processes, and individual deliverables. The role also turns ideas into outcomes by aligning business priorities with technology execution across GES teams. It requires strong program and project management, but it is not a PMO role. Success is measured by delivery, adoption, and business impact.
