As a key member of the team, you will help organizations leverage their system of internal controls to enable growth, manage risk and define sustainable operations. As a Financial & Accounting Outsourcing Staff, you will: Work closely with Partners, Managers, Associates and our clients on the following types of projects: Compliance and Gap Assessments (FAR, DFARS, CAS, etc.) Provide contract and grant management support Analyze clauses and terms & conditions for solicitations and contract awards for clients Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients Assist with contract modifications Assist with contract pricing and estimating Conduct Cost & Price Analysis Assist with Conduct walkthroughs and assist with developing processes, policies and procedures Assist with contract close outs Support and lead consulting and audit engagements to help clients in various industries manage risks to their internal control environments Provide training to clients Conduct Excel modeling and data analysis What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Eagerness to develop the knowledge to audit and/or advise companies on compliance related issues relevant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost...
