The Senior Accountant, Reporting is accountable for preparing, maintaining, and enhancing external financial reporting, regulatory reporting, lender reporting, internal management reporting, and other strategic reporting to support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Revenue and Reporting Accounting Manager, this role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities. On the day-to-day, you will: Prepare and maintain external financial statements, regulatory filings, and lender and operational reports, applying technical accounting judgment and audit-ready documentation Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs by coordinating stakeholders, validating source data, and leading reporting execution Partner with FP&A and operations leaders to analyze key reporting metrics, explain growth drivers, and translate financial results into clear, leadership-ready reporting narratives Support month-end close, quarterly external financial reporting, the annual financial statement audit, Medicare/Medicaid audits, and other PACE-specific projects while developing deeper expertise in healthcare finance and regulatory reporting Build scalable reporting infrastructure by improving...
