What You Will Do PGIM Global Services provides the operations and technology capabilities that help PGIM deliver world-class investment management services globally. The work performed by this team is critical to ensuring the accuracy of PGIM's financial records and investment reporting. Your leadership will help maintain strong controls, support regulatory and accounting requirements, and enable better outcomes for business partners across the enterprise. In this role, you'll lead a team supporting investment accounting, reporting, and analysis activities across domestic and international businesses. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of asset classes including equities, public and private fixed income, and asset-backed securities, while helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of PGIM's financial reporting and investment records. You'll partner closely with teams across PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to support critical reporting activities, drive operational improvements, and contribute to strategic business initiatives. You'll serve as a key partner across the organization, helping deliver accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end results while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes. Success in this role comes from combining technical accounting knowledge with leadership, business partnership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
