What You’ll Do The Staff Accountant supports accounting and tax functions across a variety of client engagements while developing a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, tax compliance, and client service. This role works closely with senior team members to ensure accurate financial records, timely completion of accounting activities, and quality service delivery. The Staff Accountant is ideal for an early-career professional seeking broad exposure and professional growth within a public accounting environment. Prepare and post routine journal entries to the general ledger. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and related accounting activities. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
