Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching team members, utilizing their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.
