Job Description Manage and review the calculation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740 Manage and review current and deferred tax calculations and tax account reconciliations Manage and review GAAP income tax accounting models including APB23, FIN 48, stock-based compensation, 163(j), and CAMT Analyze effective tax rate drivers and communicate key variances to management Manage income tax footnote disclosures, tax-related journal entries, and supporting schedules for SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q) Monitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards and assess financial reporting impacts Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns, including managing provision-to-return reconciliations Assist with tax audits, notices, and information requests from taxing authorities Conduct tax planning and research focused on domestic tax law changes, GAAP accounting impacts, and financial reporting implications for SEC filings Support tax department SOX 404 compliance including documentation Identify opportunities to improve tax provision processes through automation and technology solutions Supervise, mentor, and develop tax department staff Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships within and outside of the tax department Coordinate with external auditors to manage quarterly and annual tax provision reviews and audits Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting CPA license required.  MST or MBT (Master of Science in Taxation or Master in Business Taxation) degree preferred, but not required Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of combined tax experience which includes some mix of experience in a major CPA firm...
