We are seeking an Outsourced Controller to join our CAAS practice and support a portfolio of clients with financial reporting, close management, operational accounting, and advisory support. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working with multiple clients, collaborating closely with business owners and project teams, and turning financial data into actionable insight. Key Responsibilities: Oversee client accounting and financial reporting processes, including monthly close, WIP schedules, job cost accounting, and percentage-of-completion reporting. Manage client-level budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support operational and financial goals. Monitor job cost performance, identify variances, and partner with client leaders to address risks and improve profitability. Prepare and review financial analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to support informed decision-making. Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential client financial records. Support timely and accurate monthly close and financial statement preparation. Supervise, review, and coordinate work performed by Redpath associates related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing. Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to support scalability, consistency, and risk management. Communicate regularly with client leadership to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, with prior controller, CAS, or outsourced accounting experience preferred.
