Support Credit and Shared Services by analyzing metrics, assisting ERP and cash automation projects, and helping with cash application and customer debits.

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? The program concludes with a final presentation where you’ll showcase your achievements and the difference you’ve made. The position will support the Credit and Shared Services team. As an Intern, one will get exposure to the shared service accounting and finance departments and learn more about Graco as a company. What You Will Do at Graco Analyze department metrics for ideal utilization Assist with projects involving ERP conversion and data integrity Assist with implementation of the cash automation system Assist credit representatives with customer debits Work with cash application specialists to align deductions and repayments Work on special projects May have contact with customers by phone and/or email What You will Bring to Graco Sophomore or Junior in college with a major or concentration in Accounting, Finance, or economics is required Strong team player with the ability to work with internal and external customers Ability to organize and prioritize workload Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills Strong PC and MS Excel skills Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
