Job Description: The Property Tax Managing Director , within our State & Local Tax Consulting team, will serve as the Practice Leader responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the firm’s Property Tax practice. This individual will set the vision for the practice, drive revenue growth, oversee service delivery, and build a high-performing team across Business Personal Property and Real Estate Property Tax services. This leader will be accountable for practice development, client relationships, operational excellence, and market positioning, while modernizing service delivery through technology enablement and scalable processes. The role is designed for a senior, market-facing leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business development and people leadership capabilities. This position emphasizes practice leadership, revenue growth, and team development, with oversight of operational transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead the transformation of the Property Tax practice by modernizing service delivery through technology enablement, automation, and standardized processes Design and execute a comprehensive operating model to eliminate manual processes, improve data management, and enhance efficiency, scalability, and gross margins Provide strategic oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality, timely, and accurate Property Tax compliance and consulting services across U.S.
