Oracle Cloud Financials Manager The Hackett Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Manager who is comfortable leading teams and working directly with clients. This role will provide functional leadership for assigned project roles focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Financials applications, including solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. The Oracle Cloud Financials Manager will provide functional guidance on Oracle Financials best practices and application functionality throughout all phases of an implementation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships, including working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and other senior stakeholders. This role will also provide opportunities to advise clients on enterprise structure, chart of accounts, compliance, tax, and financial controls across a variety of industries, including publicly traded companies. Job Responsibilities Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud Financials functionality. Configure Oracle Cloud Financials applications based on client requirements. Develop innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials to address complex business requirements. Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients on Oracle best practices and application functionality throughout all phases of an implementation. Deliver thought leadership around industry best practices to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
