Role Overview CoStar Group is seeking a SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, Manager to be a key member of its Corporate Controller's Organization. This individual will provide technical accounting and reporting research and guidance for financial transactions, support compliance with the Company's accounting policies and internal control requirements, analyze proposed accounting standards, support the external financial reporting function, and assist in developing the Company's positions on emerging accounting and reporting matters. This is an individual contributor role that will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to stakeholders . Responsibilities Lead and manage technical accounting assessments and provide guidance on complex transactions to senior management and key stakeholders. Provide ad hoc technical accounting guidance and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, and other cross-functional teams on internal inquiries and business initiatives.
