Duties: Assists and supports the functional analysis of existing systems, proposed new systems, and proposed upgrades to all aspects of current systems and related subsystems. Participates in monitoring, testing, evaluating, and implementing systems changes. Assists senior analysts to conduct studies and surveys related to a specific module, phase, or work process of a major financial system. Assists in the operational review of both internal and external audit agencies. Incumbent participates in various aspects of projects involving operational/system changes caused by legislative, regulatory, or policy changes. Assists in the planning, coordinating, and compiling of complex financial data related to program and budget, procurement, auditing, and reporting. This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Certification under the DoD Financial Management (FM) Certification Program as a condition of employment.
