Introduction to the Team Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Traveler and Partner Service Platform, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability. The Global Stock & Employment / Mobility Tax team supports accurate, compliant, and scalable tax operations across equity compensation, payroll, employment tax, and global mobility programs. In this role, you will partner across HR, Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Tax, Legal, Stock Administration, Mobility & Immigration, and external providers to deliver seamless experiences for employees and stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead global employment tax compliance and statutory payroll reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with Payroll, Stock Administration, Mobility & Immigration, Accounting, and external providers to implement taxability, withholding, sourcing, and reporting requirements. Manage country-specific filing activities from data collection and validation through review and submission, including UK ERS, Australia ESS and FBT, Japan Form 9(3), Korea Form 30(5), Malaysia Appendix C, Hong Kong IR56B, Singapore IR8A, UK and Ireland PSA, and UK STBV reporting. Prepare and review Swiss salary certificate and equity annex filings, reconciling grant- and vest-level equity data with payroll and compensation records. Support payroll tax reconciliations, audits, year-end reporting, corrections, statutory filings, and compliance reviews.
