Our member firm is hiring for their office based in Charlotte, NC! Join a growing Charlotte-based CPA firm as an Accounting Manager and become a key leader within a collaborative, client-focused team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering strategic accounting solutions to privately held small- and mid-sized businesses. You'll oversee client engagements, provide trusted financial guidance, and help develop staff while continuing to grow your own career through leadership opportunities, professional development, and a clear path for advancement. Responsibilities Client Accounting Services (“CAS”), which encompasses quarterly or monthly outsourced controllership and consulting to clients’ accounting staff or office managers. Oversee and review all general ledger reconciliations and Review client journal entries. Review fixed asset registers.
