This role manages complex tax engagements, provides technical guidance, ensures compliance with evolving tax regulations, and supports the development of tax professionals. The Tax Manager plays an important role in delivering exceptional client service, driving operational efficiency, and helping clients achieve their financial and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals, including senior associates and staff accountants. Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
