Within our Tax practice, you will focus on helping businesses navigate intricate tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients.
