Industry/Sector Banking and Capital Markets Specialism Assurance Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a BCM External Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.
