What You’ll Do The Senior Tax Manager provides strategic leadership for the tax practice and serves as a trusted advisor to clients, firm leadership, and team members. This role oversees complex tax engagements, ensures compliance with evolving tax regulations, drives tax planning initiatives, and develops high-performing tax professionals. The Senior Tax Manager plays a key role in practice growth, client retention, and delivering innovative solutions that help clients achieve their financial and business objectives. Provide strategic leadership and direction for tax services, client engagements, and practice operations. Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals at all levels, including managers, seniors, and staff. Review and oversee complex federal, state, local, and international tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, professional standards, and firm policies. Serve as the firm's technical resource on complex tax matters, regulatory updates, and tax law changes.
